A unique solution

The Rail Raise 200 series makes the installation of guardrails more innovative than ever. The traditional method requires several people, a lot of manual work and heavy lifting. With the Rail Raise 200, the job can be done safely and efficiently by one person.

A package of barriers weighing up to 2,500 kg can be placed on the machine, allowing the mechanic to work quickly and accurately. Thanks to the vacuum pump, the barriers are picked up with a suction cup, preventing damage to the zinc coating. Barriers of all kinds of material and shapes can be processed.

Development Rail Raise 200 serie

Our company has a broad experience in installing guardrails and therefor we know very well how physically demanding the work is. This gave rise to the idea of developing a machine that can mechanically lift and transport the barriers. Thanks to the Rail Raise 200, mechanics can work more safely and it is less demanding.
